Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 50 g coconut oil
- 150 g corn flakes
- 50 g sliced almonds
- 50 g de unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- 1- Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil in a double boiler
- 2- Turn of the stove and mix the reste of the ingredients with the chocolate carefully so that the corn flakes don't crumble too much
- 3- Place spoonfuls of the mix on a parchment paper covered pan or in paper mini muffin tins.
- 4- Refrigerate until set, or about 30 minutes.
