Passion Tango Iced Tea

Passion tango

This passion tango ice tea is the perfect copycat of your favorite drink from your favorite overpriced coffee shop.

I have never been a coffee girl. Maybe it’s because I bounce off the walls after the tiniest bit of coffee or because I never really liked the taste of it (except for tiramisu because tiramisu is delicious), I don’t know. This is sad because I love hanging out in coffee shops. I love the ambiance, smell of them and the warmth they provide. I even love the sound of them so much that I have an app that provides me with a coffee shop white noise generator. Since I started university, coffee shop became my second home.

And while I am not a coffee enthusiast, I do love a good cup of tea. From the simplest cup of green tea to a perfectly spiced soy chai latte; from a traditional matcha to a refreshing ice cold tea and even herbal teas of all kinds, tea simply soothes my soul.

 Passion tango

And like every broke university students sitting in a overpriced coffee shop with a name ending with “ arbuck”, holding in my hands a drink with my name badly written on it ( seriously how can make 2 mistakes in a 5 letter name), I ask myself what the fudge I am doing here spending the equivalent of an hour of work on two small drinks. So I decided to create my own version of one of my favorite iced drink that they serve. And while this might help me save a bit of money in the long run, it doesn’t mean my love story with coffee shop and here, because it’s only a beginning.
