Cumin and " Honey" Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS
- 20, 5 inch long young carrots
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F degrees.
- Cut the carrots in half lengthwise
- Put in a large bowl and toss with the rest of the ingredients
- Place the carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the carrots every 10 minutes
- Serve warm
