Banana Waffles

Ingredients
- 250 g of ripe bananas pureed ( about 2 )
- 350 g of almond milk at room temperature
- 50 g of coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 g salt
- 7 g baking powder
- 275 g all-purpose flour
Topping ideas
- sliced banana
- crunchy peanut butter
- chopped pecans
- maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your waffles iron.
- Puree your banana with a food processor or a blender to make sure it is smooth.
- Mix together the salt, baking powder and all-purpose flour.
- Mix together the vanilla, the melted coconut oil and the room temperature almond milk.
- Add the the dry ingredients to the banana puree in thirds, alternating with the wet ingredients.
- Pour waffle dough onto waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers instructions.
- Serve hot with a mountain of your favorite toppings.
