Ingredients
  1. 250 g of ripe bananas pureed ( about 2 )
  2. 350 g of almond milk at room temperature
  3. 50 g of coconut oil, melted
  4. 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  5. 1 g salt
  6. 7 g baking powder
  7. 275 g all-purpose flour
Topping ideas
  1. sliced banana
  2. crunchy peanut butter
  3. chopped pecans
  4. maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat your waffles iron.
  2. Puree your banana with a food processor or a blender to make sure it is smooth.
  3. Mix together the salt, baking powder and all-purpose flour.
  4. Mix together the vanilla, the melted coconut oil and the room temperature almond milk.
  5. Add the the dry ingredients to the banana puree in thirds, alternating with the wet ingredients.
  6. Pour waffle dough onto waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers instructions.
  7. Serve hot with a mountain of your favorite toppings.
