Ingredients
  1. 150 g dark chocolate
  2. 20 g coconut oil
  3. 50 g powdered sugar
  4. 100 g puffed quinoa
  5. 75 g unfavored toasted coconut chips
  6. Fleur de sel
Instructions
  1. Crush slightly with your fingers the coconut chips and add the puffed quinoa and the powdered sugar.
  2. Melt together the chocolate and the coconut oil on a double boiler and add to the quinoa mix.
  3. Drop little spoonfuls of the mixture on a parchment paper covered baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate the tray for about 20 minutes or until set.
Notes
  1. Keep in the fridge until it's time to eat.
