Ingredients
  1. 1 bloc of extra-firm tofu cut into 1 inch cubes , about 454 g
Marinade
  1. 2 tbsp of Sriracha
  2. 4 tbsp of lime juice
  3. 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  4. 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  5. 2 clove of garlic, finely minced
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the tofu.
  2. Toss to coat the tofu and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes .
  3. Put the tofu and the marinade in a pan and cook until the tofu is hot and the marinade is sticky.
