Asian Tomato and Edamame Salad

Ingredients
- 4 big tomatoes, diced
- 1 english cucumber, diced
- 1 cup of frozen edamame
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of Sriracha
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Steam the edamame and refrigerate until cold.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and toss.
- Adjust the seasoning.
