Cumin and " Honey" Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. 20, 5 inch long young carrots
  3. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  4. 3 tbsp agave nectar
  5. 1 tsp ground cumin
  6. 1 pinch of cinnamon
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F degrees.
  2. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise
  3. Put in a large bowl and toss with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Place the carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the carrots every 10 minutes
  5. Serve warm
