Coconut and Quinoa Clusters

Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 20 g coconut oil
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 100 g puffed quinoa
- 75 g unfavored toasted coconut chips
- Fleur de sel
Instructions
- Crush slightly with your fingers the coconut chips and add the puffed quinoa and the powdered sugar.
- Melt together the chocolate and the coconut oil on a double boiler and add to the quinoa mix.
- Drop little spoonfuls of the mixture on a parchment paper covered baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate the tray for about 20 minutes or until set.
Notes
- Keep in the fridge until it's time to eat.
