These frozen banana popsicles are refreshing, easy to make, and can be kept in the freezer for a quick, on-the-go, breakfast.
- 3 bananas
- 1.5 cups of plant-based yogurt
- ¾ cup of granola
- 6 Popsicle sticks
- Peel the bananas and cut in half crosswise.
- Stick a popsicle stick in each banana.
- Put the bananas on a baking tray and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
- Dip 2/3 of the bananas into the yogurt and then roll in the granolas.
- Refreeze and leave in the freezer until time to eat.
